First Diy router build

I want to make a router with a i3 7100 in a gigabyte h110m h2 motherboard with 4 or 8gb ram and a Intel x540-t2 10gig nic and 120gb ssd and a tplink ls1008g gigabit switch  will it work for 10 gig home network?
