22.7 Legacy Series / SG5100 - unresponsive console after reboot

I updated to the latest build last week and everything was fine. Recently wifi network lost the signal so I decided to update other devices and reboot the whole stack while I am there. When I tried to reboot opnsense it would not power off. After 20 mins I power cycle it and everything was fine for a while. Today I tried to reboot it and opnsense not shutting down again. Now after reboot network ports are solid and cant connect over console (empty) or ethernet. Is there any other way to reset netgate box?
