To get the IPv6 PTR I have to use the IPv6 address of my LAN interface in the converter right?

Hello, you have configured Opnsense with the internal domain and the LAN network in lan.internal and it is the same DHCP range. In my opinion, you should leave the domain configuration in DNSMASQ blank for IPv4 and configure the domain in IPv6 in internal.

Where do I have to change this?

I have the same effect since update to 25.7. Using dnsmasq for DHCP and unbound DNS for DNS on port accessable for AdGuardHome. Since update to 25.7 only hostnames for fixed adresses are visible in AdGuardHome. All others are IP-Adresses only.

But only for IPv6 addresses right? Hostnames for IPv4 addresses are shown for me.

Hi guys, after upgrading to 25.7 I switched to Dnsmasq as DHSP server for IPv4 and 6.
I am using Adguard Home, Unbound and Dnsmasq based on the Configuration Example.
But unfortunately no hostnames are shown for IPv6 addresses in Adguard or in Traffic/Reporting/Top Talkers.
Do you have an idea what could be wrong? I have attached screenshots of my current configuration.

I chose the following rulesfile: snortrules-snapshot-29190.tar.gz

I read somewhere that this is the latest rulesfile from Snort working with Suricata, because the v3 rulesfiles don't work with Suricata. But I can't find the article where I read it.

Will there be an update for Maltrail plugin on opnsense in the next time?

Hi, many thanks for this HowTo, works flawlessly for me.
Would it be possible to add a similar Redirect rule for NTP service port 123 so that Opnsense NTP server will only be used?
