Hi zusammen, mit der aktuellen Version OPNsense 24.1.6-amd64 besteht das ursprünglich beschriebene Problem nach wie vor. Gibt es derzeit irgendwelche Workarounds?

Still the same problem here, using OPNsense 24.1.6. After a manually reconnect or auto reconnect ever 24h hours, the clients won't get notified about the new prefix nor get a new IPv6 address.

Problem behoben. Ich hatte immer bei der ausgehenden Firewall nachgesehen. Ich musste bei der eingehenden Firewall die Wireguard-Verbindung zulassen. Probem behoben.

ich möchte meine Logs an einen Syslog-Server senden, der an einem anderen Standort steht. Ein aktiver WireGuard-Tunnel zu einer zweiten OPNsense besteht und Kommunikation innerhalb des internen Netzwerks zu internen Netzwerk des anderen Standorts funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings erreiche ich diesen Syslog-Server am anderen Standort nicht über die PING-Funktion der OPNsense und damit kann die OPNsense auch die Logs nicht an diesen Server senden. Ich erhalte immer ein timeout. Wenn ich als "Source Address" das "interne" Netzwerk verwende, funktioniert es hingegen einwandfrei. Ich vermute, dass irgendwo eine Firewallregel fehlt, allerdings komme ich nicht auf den Fehler. Hat hier jemand einen Tipp für mich?

At a first glance I would expect some issue with plugins (versions locking), can you try to remove the following packages using the commands below and try to update again via the gui?

The "business" type is indeed the correct one by the way.

Thanks for your hint! It was the os-cache plugin. I removed it, then the upgrade was successful.

after buying a subscription for the business edition, I followed the instructions in the pdf of the confirmation email: https://www.deciso.com/downloads/ACTIVATE OPNsense Business Edition.pdf

But there are two problems here.
1. There is no choice for a "Production" release. I choose "Business" instead. Is that correct?
2. I clicked save, upon I entered the subscription key, checked for updates in the status tab, clicked Update on the Update tab. But after that, nothing happens. Here is the output of the log. I'm using the OPNsense 21.1.8_1-amd64 community edition. Also after a reboot it's still the community edition.

Wow, unglaublich, es lag tatsächlich am Source-Port. Da war ich absolut blind. Vielen Dank für deine intensive und ausführliche Unterstützung!

Sobald ich ein zweites Gateway hinzufüge. Also schon bevor ich eine Group einrichte.

Korrekt. Ideal wäre es natürlich auch dort den Traffic zu shapen, aber ich wäre schon dankbar wenn ich es mit der Hauptleitung hinbekommen würde für z.B. VoIP etc. Ich habe ein ähnliches Setup privat zu Hause (Kabelinternet und LTE-USB-Modem). Dort funktioniert auch alles, ausgenommen das Traffic Shaping.
