Would this be an esier way of configuring this instead of altering the stubby file? Just put like 9.9.9.9@853 and DNS over TLS is on?

I have tried this a number of times. Each time I setup the 127.0.0.1 in both the custom settings and the DNS servers as my only DNS, I lose the ability to communicate. If I undo the 127.0.0.1 in unbound custom settings and set the DNS to cloudflare, I regain access. I figure I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone suggest anything?

Can TOR addon be configured to allow only specific clients to connect? SO normal internet usage for all clients, but say a specific workstation uses TOR? What I am trying to avoid having to do is setup say a WiFi TOR access point, if the OPNSENSE firewall will simply allow a client to connect.
