Would this be an esier way of configuring this instead of altering the stubby file? Just put like 9.9.9.9@853 and DNS over TLS is on?

Can TOR addon be configured to allow only specific clients to connect? SO normal internet usage for all clients, but say a specific workstation uses TOR? What I am trying to avoid having to do is setup say a WiFi TOR access point, if the OPNSENSE firewall will simply allow a client to connect.
