crash
« on: May 31, 2016, 12:52:01 pm »
Hello everyone.
my experience with my 3rg gen unit is not positive at the moment.
the management of the unit via web interface is really different from the ones I used to manage but the worst problem is that while I was in spain the unit crashed.
the unit does not boot any longer.
connecting the usb/serial the FW is continuously rebooting.
support of deciso suggested to  reinstall.
i can not stop booting and pressing F/ does not take me to a boot selection screen.

also, if I would be able to reinstall the software I am not really relaxed for the future....

!!

any suggestion?

ciao

If you have support from Deciso I'd suggest your best course of action would be to contact them directly.

This sounds like a hardware issue. Please talk to the manufacturer and check the media (SSD, SD/CF card) for defects. These things happen, unfortunately.
