Setup for kids

We run a homeschool and I'm wondering if opnsense has a setup / installation instructions for a home setup?  I ask becuase I know a special script was made for pfsense at one time and and basically I am wanting something that will basically kick a kid off after a certain amount of time (say 1 hour).   In our situation the internet is one of the rewards through out the day and time is earned.  Then when he/she gets out of school they can use that time for playing.   This setup could also be used for teens where after a certain amount of time they get a redirect to a page that bascially tells them to find something else to do.   Does anyone have a setup similar they are willing to share or even a home setup with kids that they use...

You may be able to implement that by using the captive portal with vouchers which are valid for 1h.
