[SOLVED] RTT
« on: July 24, 2016, 10:24:53 am »
HI there I have noticed that the RTT (gateway) always reads 0.0ms and 0.0% loss on a DSL connection. Of course that's fine, but when using pfsense there were measurements every 3 sec and they did differ. OPNsense is of course better than pfsense ;) , but a steady 0.0 seems a bit too good to be true. Can anyone explain this? Has it something to do with apinger? Thanks in advance.

Hi Qinn,

Gateway monitoring via apinger is off by default, you'll have to go to the gateway itself and enable monitoring in order to get appropriate readings.

Cheers,
