Update to 18.7 problem
« on: October 13, 2018, 01:34:05 pm »
After I've updated via WebGUI to 18.7 opnsense was not reachable anymore over IP, so I connected via serial interface.
The process stopps now with this.
What can I do now to restore the old settings?
Haven't made any backup before update manually  :-[

Looks like the upgrade missed something along the way. All is not lost. Re-install from media and when prompted select to use existing config. Once  you get back to the shell menu, remember you are running in live mode so log in as installer to allow it to write to the drive.
