Single Static Internet IP Setup

I am new to OPNsense. It seems like the vast majority of the tutorials and guides deal with DHCP Internet IPs. I need help with a single Static Internet IP set up.
I converted a decently fast computer using OPNsense to be the new firewall. I went through the wizard after getting it installed, and I am a little confused where to put the Static Internet IP, Gateway, and DNS settings. Here are examples:
Static Internet IP: 212.52.15.95
Subnet: 255.255.254.0 (/23)
Gateway: 212.52.15.1
DNS 1: 67.55.21.23
DNS 2: 69.53.12.13
It seems like no matter what I try, I cannot get the Internet to work on the network. The OPNsense computer is set to have LAN static IP of 10.0.0.1/16. I spoofed the MAC address from the bad firewall over to the WAN on OPNsense.
Does the Gateway need to go into the WAN setup or is it and the DNS servers entered in a different area? I am not in front of it at the moment, but I think it is called Overview or Settings under Interfaces. It shows the LAN and WAN on the same page and there are arrows to expand each one and enter settings. Do the Gateway and DNS servers go here or somewhere else?
The network consists of a modem (fiber optic) which connects to the firewall on WAN. LAN goes to a switch that connects it (and other network devices) to a Windows 2008 R2 server that assigns IPs to all network devices starting with 10.0.1.1 going to 10.0.255.254. In the future, I plan on getting rid of that server as all it does is assign IPs and host old printers for Google Cloud Print to work.
The client computers are getting DHCP IPs from the Windows server just fine, but they all say there is no Internet and now run slow. DHCP in OPNsense is turned off.

I'm new to OpnSense as well but there's the interfaces / [WAN] configuration to consider. Further down the configuration screen, you can change the dropdown from DHCP to static and then input the WAN IP information.

My bad. I forgot to update this. It turned out one of the network cards was bad.
