Several Sites via OpenSSL VPN

I know how to setup OpenSSL VPN Server for single PtoP connection (Shared Key) and OpenVPN for RoadWarriors. But how to do this:

-One OPNsense OpenSSL VPN Server central

-Many OPNsense Installations connecting to this Central without using explicit peer to peer connections, but by usin username and password for example to connect to the same opened port?
