Hello,
I have an unused Netgate 3100.
Can I install OpnSense on it?

I've never used either pfSense or opnSense...
Yet after the fiasco these past weeks by Netgate, I rather start with opnSense.

Any pointers?

Hi aj,

The SG-3100 is an ARM(v7) device. We do not have support for this architecture. Sorry.

Oh well... will start with this unit, and will then move to an opnSense supported unit ASAP.
Thanks!

Sure, no problem. :)

silly question, will opnsense make the transition to ARM in the near future?

ARM64 is a possible replacement for i386 when we have adopted HardenedBSD 12.

Another fiasco?  Did I miss something?
