I'm new with good opnsense I see the version 15.7 has a built proxy I wonder if they plan incorporating single sign on for this function proxy is rare in free distributions

Welcome hgeorge,
Indeed it will be incorporated. 15.7 is the stable production release and things will eventually fall into place and it will be pretty quick.

I had a chat with another user who was interested in AD-type sign on, which is a larger batch since we'd need SMB and that sure has to wait until we have a proper plugin support. Too many packages for a standard installation. :/

I'd guess the answer is in the post above by Franco, it depends on a 'proper plug-in support' and I don't believe that's ready yet.

Hi,
I've implemented SSO with AD 2012R2 and Internet Explorer with kerberos (from base) and msktutil (from ports). It should not be too hard to add this feature, I'll give a try

I like what I've seem from domg so far. Need to bring in some ports for this to work too, should probably wait for 16.7 to be released and incorporate from there.
