webgui crash

Hi All
I am trying to configure nordvpn in openvpn->clients. After filling up necessary fields, webgui crashes on saving. Please let me know where to look for log files and any solution
I have IDS/IPS, ad guard dns setup.

Can you post an error message. Otherwise your report is useless. Maybe you get some output on the crash reporter page.

Webgui crashes when on http. In https i am able save new openvpn client.
