Insights tracking to Host Name

Hi Everyone, i've been trying and testing out the router software programs available and I see that with the tracking and network graph of where all your data is going it reports IP addresses.

Is there any way to automate it or have it resolve these IP Addresses to host names in the chart?

im on OPNSense 18.1.2, how can i activate the reverse DNS to resolve hostnames at Insight?

Check "Reverse lookup".

Hi Franco,

sorry for late reply. Thanks for your hint, can you give me maybe some more informations? I know what reverse lookup is, but where should i configure it? Unbound is in standard config right now, i didnt find it there. Docu didnt gabe me a hint neither.
Can you please explain it more further?

Reverse Lookup is a checkbox in the Insight WebUI that was added in the 18.1 release - you might need to upgrade...
