OPNSense Features? Please. I'm planning on using OPNSense as my firewall.

Does OPNSense have the following features?  ??? ???

• Bandwidth Limiter (e.g. Bandwidth is 10 Mbps.)
Computer 1 = 2 Mbps
Computer 2 = 2 Mbps
Computer 3 = 2 Mbps
Computer 4 = 2 Mbps
Computer 5 = 2 Mbps
• Block/Restrict unwanted websites
• Captive Portal (for MAC Address Filtering)
That only allows registered MAC addresses to connect to the internet.
