Main package server IP blocks

Hi all,

We regularly block IPs which create excessive bandwidth and had to add a batch of them yesterday because of a faulty bogon script somewhere in the late 16.7.x to early 17.1.x series.

If you can't seem to contact the package server anymore for bogons or changelogs or even updates (default server), just let us know your IP via PM so we can reevaluate.

In any case, we would advise everyone to update to the latest version, which is still possible via one of the third-party sponsored mirrors.
