Named or BIND???

I just upgraded to 17.7 and discovered that BIND/named is not available.  Can you please add this package to the library.  I use RPZ threat feeds in BIND which unbound does not support.  Please bring back BIND/named.

Bind was bound to the RFC-2136 functionality which moved to the plugins so the upgrade removed the unneeded dependency. But as you found it's still there.
