HA Proxy Stuck - Hang on reboot - Delayed HA Failover

Hello Fellas,

Thanks for the HA Proxy FIX on 17.7.1 update (Hard Mode).

I can confirm the issues reported by a few users, of getting stuck while rebooting and delayed HA Failover are resolved now.

Thanks for the quick feedback, that's very good to hear! Fraenki who maintains the HAProxy plugin went all the way to FreeBSD to help fix this. The team work is splendid.
