[SOLVED]17.7 Error OPNSense 'return in quick on em0' when adding rule with alias

Hi,
Firstly must say that OPNSense is a great peice of software used it for 6 months now
and never had any problems, and quite feature rich.

However I have just come across an issue in 17.7 when adding a GEOIP Alias as a Rule to a WAN

I get the following error
macro <Alias Name> not defined --- block return in quick on em0 inet from <Alias Name>
to {any} label {USER_RULE}

Where <Alias Name> is the name of the Alias

What does this mean, more importantly how do I fix it ?
It only seems to happen on 17.7 works fine on 17.1

Remove all NICS and restart server and add them back in and it works fine now
