Hi,
AV is not supported native on OPNsense. OPNsense supports ICAP. So you can setup an ICAP-Server (i.e. on another server).
A tutorial to running an icap server on OPNsense: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=3981.0

best regards
Dirk

This is the official page in the documentation:
https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/proxyicapantivirus.html

The ICAP-Server can be some free software as well as any commercial AV software that supports ICAP (usually gateway products (not the products which are sold to home users)).
