Upgraded just to 26.7.7 (from 26.7.5) and noticed that after reboot gateways are not applied according to the config under System - Gateways - Configuration for traffic originating from OPNsense box self. Routing through OPNsense box works as expected using gateway group forced in rules.

root@fw1:~ # ping 1.1.1.1
PING 1.1.1.1 (1.1.1.1): 56 data bytes
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host

root@fw1:~ # route -4 get 1.1.1.1
   route to: one.one.one.one
destination: default
       mask: default
    gateway: 192.168.227.2
        fib: 0
  interface: wg9
      flags: <UP,GATEWAY,DONE,STATIC>
recvpipe  sendpipe  ssthresh  rtt, msec    mtu        weight    expire
       0         0         0         0      1280         1         0

-- After System - Gateways - Configuration - Apply OPNsense originating traffic works again.

root@fw1:~ # ping 1.1.1.1
PING 1.1.1.1 (1.1.1.1): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=58 time=10.895 ms

Tested to reboot four times and this happens every time. The wg9 tunnel that is present as default gw after reboot is the latest one added to System - Gateways.

Does not seem a big issue if no one else is facing this. Must be something with my setup then I guess. Any ideas where to start digging?
