Variable is not being translated - ${SUBSCRIPTION}

Hi together,

I am still a "beginner" in the OPNsense world.
I am currently encountering the following error when trying to switch a firewall from the Community Edition to the Business Edition.
The variable is not being translated...

Currently i'm on the community-edition: 26.7.3_8

Unfortunately, I haven't found a post about this in the forum.

Hello,

the variable stays there, it's not replaced with your license key.

You cannot change from community to business because you are on 26.7.3 which is on a later kernel version than the latest business version 26.4.2.

So you either wait till October until the business version 26.10 is released, or reinstall via the latest business image.

It's not a variable: it protects your subscription key from leaking.
