26.7 boot menu doesn't reflect "Xenial Xenops"

Purely cosmetic I guess.  Upgraded a test VM from 26.1.11_10 -> 26.7.  Boot menu after upgrades is reflecting "The Road Ahead."

Correct. Was found in final testing on Tuesday but wasn't important enough to redo images over. https://github.com/opnsense/core/commit/c99aaef315
