Destination NAT - changes not updated to Firewall Rules

Was doing some testing on Destination NAT. Changes made to the NAT rules were not updated in the Firewall Rules. Tried create a new Destination NAT (Press the apply button after all the changes). However, the new/changed Destination are not reflected in the Firewall Rules. Is there something that I'm missing that might have changed with how NAT/Firewall works ?

Changes made to the NAT rules were not updated in the Firewall Rules.

Perhaps you could show the NAT rules you've created/changed.
