Disable force gateway not creating FW rule

I just compared 6 OPNsense setups regarding the "Disable force gateway" option. It is not checked on all of them, all except one (community 25.7.11_9) are running OPNsense Business 25.10_2 and are using Gateway Groups.

On three there is a floating rule "let out anything from firewall host itself (force gw)". On the other three it is missing.

I cannot see any difference in the configuration that would explain the rule's absence.

Does anyone have any idea?
