Firewall Rule after migration

After the migration, Rules [new] appeared with a migration assistant. I went through the process and I have a rule that's greyed out.  See below.  Any thoughts?

A disbled rule. You can enable it if you want or just leave it disable

Thanks. Any idea why the upgrade would have disabled it? The same thing shows up under Firewall NAT Destination NAT.
