cannot create internal certificate

Hi,

I'm following a guide[1] and I'm not getting the option to create an internal certificate.  I can only create certificate authorities or import one.  What am I doing wrong?

Maybe you are not going to System - Trust - Certificates but are still in Authorities?

It's confusing to have to create these certificates at different places instead of in one place.
