Which 3rd party repositories do you have enabled. I am spotting Sunnyvalley, so you are running Zenarmor? Anything else?

Approach to fix the problem:

- disable all 3rd party repos
- retry the update
- if successful, re-add the 3rd party repos one by one

600/60 Mbit, IPv6 is (and always was) disabled

After disabling the Zenarmor Service everything worked.
