igc EEE settings

Just curious to see how your EEE settings are. If you have counts for lpi then EEE is not disabled.
Please do also note version of OPNsense you are running on bare-metal device, no VM.

If you are not using nic1(igc0) then choose nic that's in-use.

sysctl dev.igc.0.eee
