Unbound on secondary keeps restarting

Hi,
since the update to 25.7 whenever I synchronise the config from the primary to the secondary unbound (on the secondary) keeps restarting over and over for about 15 mins then runs normally - I don't see any "crashes" in the logs or errors just startup lines every five seconds or so for about 15 mins...
It only happens on the secondary..

any tips on how I can see what is causing these frequent stop/starts?

If you sync the Unbound config the service on the secondary needs to be restarted. Long startup times can be caused by large block lists. If you use them I suggest running AdGuard Home for blocking and Unbound for local and recursive name resolution.

Hi,
its not really a long start - its more like a 100 starts - it logs a start every couple of seconds. it also does this when I completely disable the unbound blocklists - its also does not take long to start on the primary - and it was no issue before 25.7
