clean up old openvpn server config

Hello community,

so I have a very old openvpn server config and right now it does not even show up in the 25.7 openvpn instance menu anymore, i know it's still there because one of the cert cannot be deleted since it shows Item in use by: openvpn-server - OpenVPN Server {openvpn.openvpn-server}
is there a way I can revive it in the UI? probably just want to delete it but too afraid to manually edit config.xlm file
