Chances of an AdGuard Home official plugin?

I'm about a month in to OPNSense and have everything up and running pretty well.  It has been a fun learning experience!  I currently have AdGuard Home running on a separate server, but would like to consolidate.  I am aware of the 3rd party plugin, but I am wondering if anyone knows if there is any chance of that ever becoming an official plugin?

Just install AGH from mimugmail repo - it works great. He even created a separate repo for AGH only, so there will be no conflicts with other packages you might use.

No. The current offering from mimugmail repo is a precompiled binary put out buy AGH themselves for FreeBSD.

There is a FreeBSD port but I'm told it does not compile/work correctly (according to that same mimugmail repo maintainer).

No open source code to build a functional binary => no official community package or plugin.

I've been running AdGuard Home from mimugmail for years. It works great.

Same here.

There is also a 3rd party plugin for Blocky - another DNS sinkhole like AGH or pihole:

Thank you all for the feedback!  Does the 3rd party plugin automatically update itself?  I would like to try to stay as hands-off as possible.

Not really. The mimugmail repo is not updated often.
You can easily update Adguard Home from the "update" button of Adguard Home's web GUI.
