RDR rule

Good morning everyone

the usual premise is that I am new to the world of fw in general, but I am trying to configure, day by day, my home network and learn something; in particular I have encountered a problem that is insurmountable for me. Opnsense that acts as fw and gw of my network, a wifi connection to the outside and no rules (or rather permit all) to the outside. When I open an app from the phone (kia app for managing the car) it comes out with an error; the logs on opn are attached. Obviously the same app opens correctly from a cellular network. Do you have any ideas?
