Missing NIC bricks firewall

Hi,

I am using a 4G stick to connect my OPNsense box to the internet. When the box is started without the dongle the interfaces are automatically re-assigned. This obviously makes the device unusable.
Restarting the device with plugged-in dongle does not solve the problem as the interface assignments are permanent.
