MASTER has carp demoted issue

We have the version 24-7-amd on both Firewalls. We have this situation that the Master will get the following issue in the log file when the FW1 Switches his self as Master. this Problem happens when we have failure in the Network or electricity.

carp: demoted by 240 to 480 (send error 50 on vlan0.21)
carp: demoted by 240 to 720 (send error 50 on vlan0.20)
carp: demoted by 240 to 960 (send error 50 on vlan0.10)
carp: demoted by 240 to 1200 (send error 50 on vlan0.9)
carp: demoted by 240 to 1440 (send error 50 on vlan0.70)
carp: demoted by 240 to 1680 (send error 50 on vlan04)

this Problem happens on the VLAN interfaces.

i found under this link a workaround solution. But am not sure if this is the only solution.

i tested the solution it works until now.
