New user from a decade+ of pfsense TLS/DNS forward servers failed

Hey guys, I made the switch. All is well but Im having an odd issue with TLS DNS.
I know the connection is solid, it happens with multiple TLS DNS providers (cloudflare/quad9 any i add).
Its not non-stop but a few times every day or so, you can feel dns timing out/hanging. In the unbound logs it shows all stub servers failed, time out. for all the providers.
Sorry if im posting in the wrong place, or if this has been covered (I tried using other posts to help). I just cant see to catch it. Im messing with log levels to see if I can get anything more and not just noise. I have no way to force the issue (that I know of) I have to wait for it to happen and see it in the logs.
all the configured stub or forward servers failed, at zone . no server to query nameserver addresses not usable have no nameserver names
all the configured stub or forward servers failed, at zone . from 149.112.112.112 upstream server timeout
I dont have IPV6 configured on the WAN or anywhere. I dont know if that is some how adding to the issue?
