[KEA] Why are there so many gaps in between the leases?

Hi,

Iam on 24.7.6 and use KEA DHCP server.

I noticed, that I have some gaps between my leases and I dont know why (see attachment).
Wouldnt it be more logical to assign the first free in the subnet? By what rules is the assignment made?

And a suggestion: A button the the lease table to create a reservation for an item.
