Feature Request: Verify Integrity of Files

Hi,
After suffering an attack on the router (which failed), would it be possible to have a function to check the integrity of files, a bit like steam game file verification.
This would allow after an attack to be sure that a basic file of the system has not been corrupted or that a file has not been added to the system
