Packet loss BT FTTP

Hi,
I am seeing some intermittent packet loss issues on my BT 150MBps residential, fibre to the premises link.
Sometimes it results in a full disconnection but mostly its just flurries of dropped packets and poor performance for several minutes.
BT have done all they can it seems but the issue continues. It used to be fine until maybe 5 or 6 weeks ago.
Around this same time I Upgraded from version 23.7 to 24.1 and installed Crowdsec, can't imagine that is to blame but maybe?
Thanks for any advice.

Did you try to disable it to see if it makes any difference?
