I forgot what i has been done, now can't enter into web configuration.
how can i do? My OPNsense has many portal users, so i do not want to reinstall.

Thanks a lot!

Have you tried a different browser?
For some reason I can't access it after a re-installation using IE11, but can with Waterfox or Safari on iOS.
Hobbyist at home, sysadmin at work. Sometimes the first is mixed with the second.

ie, firefox, chrome, t tried these all.

No page assigned to this user! Click here to logout.

Even with the root user account?

I can't say anything more useful I'm afraid.
One of the devs can say more.

Try the defaults:

username: root
password: opnsense

It looks like the user you are trying to log in does not have any access rights (which sounds right for e.g. captive portal users).

Do you have access to the console? It has a password reset feature.

yes, even with root user.
Shell mode, root user account can succeed login; but failed to login web configuration.

at lease, every user can login to change password in the past.
now after i reinstalled OPNsense, then restore configuration with user info, every user account can't login, but shell can show every user's info.

Interesting. Did you reboot since the update?

just now i updated it to 15.1.10.2 in shell mode, then reboot, then web configuration login is ok now!
Thanks you all!
