Ntopng wont start, redis issue?

I'm having trouble starting Ntopng.  I'm on the latest release, uninstalled/reinstalled both plugins, with no change.

Here are the logs when I try to start Ntopng from the web UI:

But I can start redis manually form shell (redis-server), and Ntopng starts without issue form the web UI, and I can access the Ntopng UI on :3000.   

Any suggestions on getting the easy way to started are appreciated.
