VLAN unable to connect to the internet

I cant seem to understand why my VLAN devices are unable to connect to the internet. I'm a newbie and still learning OPNsense.
What I have is OPNsense (router+firewall) on Proxmox (Dell PC) with a 4 port Intel NIC. 1 interface for WAN and another for LAN. Basically, I have created 2 VLAN's on OS and have the LAN interface link straight onto an Omada EAP that has 3 SSID's. One for my main LAN, and the other two for each VLAN (tagged). THe clients on the LAN and the first VLAN can go online, no problem but the clients on the 2nd one cannot for some reason. Traffic rules are the same for both VLAN interfaces.
THe clients on this VLAN 2 get an IP from the DHCP server and I can see DNS traffic going through successfully but nothing coming in. The interface has pretty much open rules. Not sure what I am missing. Another point is that the parent interface is untagged. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
