slow download and upload behind opnsense

Hi,
i have the problem that i have slower download/upload speeds behind my opnsense.
opnsense speedtest:
Download speed 1004.82 Mbps
Upload speed 551.53 Mbps
Latency (ping) 2.21 ms
And if i repeat this a few times over the days its nearly similar every time.
Now i do a speedtest on my pc (windows), and i get this values:
Download speed 600-850 Mbps
Upload speed 400 Mbps
Latency (ping) 3 ms
I run the opnsense on proxmox with 8 cores and 32gb of ram. (Epyc 7713).
I have a 10g intel network card for opnsense.
Things I have tried, from other posts and google search:
- i changed power management to maximum
- netflow, disabled
- rebooted a few times and reinstalled from backup
- CPU usage is at around 15-20%, Ram at 30%
- if i move files through my network it uses nearly fullspeed (10G)
- turned off Zenarmor
Versions
OPNsense 24.7.6-amd64
FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE-p5
OpenSSL 3.0.15
here the services im running:
Anybody has an idea what else i could do?

Hi. Maybe you can stop the service "Suricata - Intrusion Detection" and test the speed again.
