Orange IPv6 unable to ping from outside

Conf:

Orange Livebox.
IPv6 prefix > 2a01:cb00:c53:cXXX::/56
IPv6 prefix for Opnsense > 2a01:cb00:c53:cXYY::/64

Wan:
Block private networks   disabled
Block bogon networks       disabled
DHCPv6
Prefix delegation size 64
send prefix hint enabled

LAN
Trackt Interface
Parents Wan
Assign prefix ID 0
Manual configuration enabled

DHCPv6 (opnsense) enabled and working

Router Advertisement
Managed


Rules
ICMP v6 pass WAN
ICMP v6 pass LAN
----------------------------------------------------------


Every computer in the LAN got an IPv6 from opnsense dhcpv6 within 2a01:cb00:c53:cXYY
https://test-ipv6.com/ is OK

BUT (always a but lol)
From
https://tools.keycdn.com/ipv6-ping

I'm able to ping
2a01:cb00:c53:cXXYY:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX (wan IPv6)

I'm not able to ping
2a01:cb00:c53:cXZZZ:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX (lan IPv6)
Unable to ping anything in the LAN

Does someone got a clue why ?

Are you sure that your LAN hosts respond to v6 ping? How, exactly, did you setup your firewall rules?

What is even funnier

I have a caddy server that responds from the web on IPv6

So what does your firewall rule to allow v6 ping look like?

Website is working on ipv6
I think the blocage comes from the orange box
