Dashboard doesn't get saved and non-existent directory after update to 24.7.2

After the update from 24.7 to 24.7.2 I keep getting an PHP error:

[26-Aug-2024 09:50:54 Europe/Amsterdam] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '/usr/local/www/widgets/api/plugins/system.inc'

The plugins directory doesn't exist, so this error is logical.

Furtermore, making changes to the dashboard and saving them doesn't work. The dashboard returns to it's original state.

Home Assistant plugin? Remove hass.inc.
