Packet Loss explanation, Multi WAN Gateways Failover

Hello everyone, please tell me if anyone has encountered the advanced Gateway -> Configuration setting? I am interested in the fields related to packet loss, what do the "Packet Loss Low Threshold" and "Packet Loss High Threshold" fields mean and how exactly do they work out?
