24.1.9_3 NAT 1:1 rules do not sync (ha sync) to backup

since lastest upgrade 24.1.9, all change on NAT 1:1 (onetoone) rules do not syncing on backup FW.
Alias an standard change work fine on backup server.

please, we need all NAT rules to ha_sync to backup server

Unfortunately this doesn't work => Rollback of the patch!

I also observed that the '<onetoone>' configuration area was moved from '<nat></nat>' to '<Filter></Filter>'.
In the configuration xml file.

I reactivated all XMLRPC choices and it works!
