OPNsense and Mediashuttle

Hi, Running v 23.10.3_1 business on a DEC4020 just recently installed.
I am trying to get our mediashuttle server to work behind OPNsense, but I can't seem to get it to pass the firewall correctly.
Our previous router was a ClearOS 7 system, and all I had to do with that was to port forward the right ports and protocals. Trying to replicate this setup in OPNsense is not working. Can anyone give me a little bit of insight as to what I am missing?
The required info for mediashuttle can be found here:
https://help.signiant.com/media-shuttle/general/system-requirements
The port forwards I have set up for other servers are working, (fairly standard http/https forwards). It's only this one that seems to be causing me trouble.
I have no shaping, ad blocking, intrusion detection, etc. enabled. I have simply enabled a WAN and a LAN interface, with the firewall enabled on the WAN and the port forwards set up. which create rules in the attached png
This is my first time having an opnsense system so I am trying to get my head wrapped around it a bit.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think I may have found the issue. It seems I may have a DNS configuration issue in that I had not gateway set in the settings>general>DNS settings.
now for some testing to see if it works as it's supposed to.

Nope. The DNS fix allowed the server to start and report it's status to the the internet relay, but it appears that file transfer traffic is still not getting through the firewall

Problem solved. It wasn’t an issue with OPNsense, but just in case it helps anyone. My issue was related to a mediashuttle update that gets pushed out automatically. The new version seems to have had some dependancy issues with the Rocky Linux version 8.6 it was running on. I updated to 8.10 and the problem went away.
